J. Cole will be dropping a brand new album, 4 Your Eyez Only, in exactly one week on Friday, December 9. The pre-order has gone live, revealing there will be 10 tracks on the album. The release date is the exact same day as Cole released his double platinum effort, 2014 Forest Hills Drive, two years ago – so clearly he enjoys December 9!
Shortly after the announcement, Cole released a 40-minute documentary on TIDAL called Eyez, and it included a visual for one of the album’s songs, “False Prophets.” The lyrics are rather interesting, as Cole appears to be not only gunning for Kanye West, but taking some jabs at his homie Wale as well!

YG and Nipsey Hussle are both clients of the Marathon Agency, so it’s not surprising that YG is following Nip’s successful #Proud2Pay business model and offering up a $100 project. The mixtape, Red Friday, was set to drop tomorrow (hence the name,) but surprised fans – and YG – when it popped up online a day early while everyone was enjoying their Thanksgiving dinner. Suffice to say, YG was not happy.
“WTF? Red Friday Leaked? On Piru I hate DEF JAM. Always fukkin my shitt up,” YG tweeted (presumably from the dinner table,) before he launched into a tirade of “FUCK DEF JAM” at least four times.
Regardless of the drama, the tape is still available on AudioMack, and features 8 new tracks with appearances from 21 Savage and RJ. As for the $100 model, there will be only 1,400 copies available for purchase, and YG will be bringing them to various pop-up shops to sign. The first is Beast Mode shop in Oakland on Friday.

Singer/songwriter Phabo has been on a roll with his music releases, and is back with a brand new single just in time for cuffing season and this cold weather, “Pedestal.” The track is produced by Rasool “Sool” Diaz, a Grammy Award-winning producer for Beyoncé, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj and more

Last night, Beyoncé proved that there’s NO stage she can’t touch, and surprised fans and haters alike by performing at the Country Music Awards. This was certainly a first for Queen Bey, and ended up being a first for many of her fans too, who tuned into the long-standing awards show for their first time ever.
During her performance, Beyoncé debuted an official remix to “Daddy Lessons” with country trio, The Dixie Chicks. Though it sounds like an odd pairing, the song had country touches even in its original form on Lemonade, so it actually works pretty well!
Shortly after her set, Bey then released the track to Soundcloud for the BeyHive to stream in all its CDQ glory. Check out the performance and new song below, as well as the rest of yesterday’s biggest stories!
Big Sean dropped two new songs yesterday, and on the Metro Boomin and Amaire Johnson-produced “No More Interviews,” he addresses both his ex, Naya Rivera, and Kid Cudi.
“Funny thing about it is my ex wanna write a tell all
Fucked up thing about it is she ain’t even tell all
Like how I introduced her to meditation positive thinking
And the books she probably throw in daily rotation
I learned when people lie on you not to return the favor so I won’t get you embarrassed
I won’t tell them all the other parts about you that’s plastic
This my last time putting my ex in a song even though the last one went triple platinum”
“Cudi and Ye, what happened to our family ways, though
When I put you on that song with Nas you had told me that you was forever grateful
And that we brothers
So it hurt to hit the internet to find out that me and you don’t fuck with each other over a miscommunication
That probably could be fixed with a five-minute conversation
I’m still praying for you, though
I guess I charged it to the game
How much it cost? Around Twenty88″
He also dropped “Bounce Back,” produced by Hitmaka and Smash David, and then went and performed it on The Tonight Show. Check out both songs below, as well as the rest of today’s biggest stories!
After a really, really long wait, Meek Mill has finally dropped his Dreamchasers 4 project. Amidst all of the beef he’s been in since 2015’s Dreams Worth More Than Money, many have said he needs to just let his music do the talking, and finally he’s listening!
DC4 is the fourth and final installment in Meek‘s popular Dreamchasers mixtape series, and features 14 tracks with appearances from his boo Nicki Minaj, Young Thug, Pusha T, Quavo, Lil Uzi Vert, French Montana, Tory Lanez, 21 Savage and more.

On a special birthday (eve) edition of OVO Sound radio on Sunday, Drake announced a new album, More Life, will drop in December. He also debuted four new songs – the London On Da Trak-produced “Sneakin” with 21 Savage, “Fake Love,” a remix of UK Grime artist Santan Dave’s “Wanna Know” and “Two Birds One Stone” – which had jabs at Kid Cudi and Pusha T.
“But really it’s you with all the drug dealer stories that’s gotta stop though
You made a couple chops and now you think you Chapo
If you ask me though you ain’t lining the trunk with kilos
You bagging weed with all your niggas watching Pacino
You middle man in this shit, you were never those guys
I can tell cause I look most of you dead in the eyes
And you be trying to tell that story for the rest of your lives
Can’t show us where the cash is”
“You were the Man on the Moon, now you just go through your phases
Life of the angry and famous”
