There is nothing quite notable about the Billboard 200 at all this week. Lil Uzi Vert and XXXTentacion both remain in the top 10 for their third week, though they’ve slipped to number 4 and number 6, respectively. (Previously they were number 1 and number 2, then number 2 and number 3.)
Other than that, there’s nothing really to report and no big debuts to look ahead to next week. That being said, check out this week’s top 10 below and check back next week for the new chart!
Both Lil Uzi Vert and XXXTentacion remain in the top 3 for their second week, though they’ve each slipped one spot due to the debut of LCD Soundsystem’s new album, American Dream, at number one.
Other than that, there’s no real exciting change on Billboard this week. A$AP Mob slipped from last week’s debut of number 6 to number 16, but that’s about the biggest change there was. Cozy Tapes Vol. 2 sold an additional 19k.

As expected, Lil Uzi Vert debuted atop the Billboard 200 this week, as Luv Is Rage 2 – his debut album – sold 135k units since dropping last week. Following Uzi is another big debut, XXXTentacion. His album, 17, arrived with 87k.
Also debuting the top 10 is the A$AP Mob. Their sophomore group effort, Cozy Tapes, Vol. 2: Too Cozy, launches at number 6 with 41k units. Volume 1 debuted in November with 21k units, so this is definitely an improvement!
Elsewhere on the chart, Action Bronson‘s Blue Chips 7000 debuted at number 54 with 10k. Sheesh – not sure what happened there!

Congrats to my mothaf*ckin’ BOY Dave East, who cracked the Billboard 200 Top 10 for the very first time with the release of his EP, Paranoia: A True Story. (Mind you, this isn’t even the official full-length album debut!) Paranoia sold a solid 26k units, securing the number 9 slot. Previously, Dave hit the chart with Kairi Chanel in 2016, which debuted and peaked at number 38.
Kodak Black had an even bigger debut with his mixtape Project Baby Two, coming in at number 2 with 50k. Earlier this year, his debut album Painting Pictures started at number 3 with 71k. Elsewhere on the chart, A$AP Ferg‘s Still Striving just missed the top 10, coming in at number 12 with 24k.
Looking ahead to next week, Lil Uzi Vert, XXXTENTACION and A$AP Mob will all debut on the Billboard 200. Uzi‘s Luv Is Rage 2 is looking at a number one debut with around 110-120k, while XXX’s 17 is looking at 65-70k (likely a number two debut) and the Mob’s Cozy Tapes Vol. 2: Too Cozy is looking at around 30-35k.
In the meantime, check out this week’s full top 10 below.
Why is this Game vs. Meek beef STILL the biggest story?! MAKE IT GO AWAY!
Today, Beanie Sigel spilled the beans (ha) on Taxstone‘s Tax Season podcast, and then Meek followed up by releasing a text that Beans had sent him last week, dissing Lil Uzi Vert. Also, Maino somehow got involved too, and Game‘s manager is calling him out for trying to play both sides of the fence. I am soooooooo over this entire thing. My god.
You can listen to the full podcast below, but basically, Beans says that Meek has no respect in the streets right now, he thinks he came at Drake because of Nicki Minaj, and that he only helped write a portion of Omelly‘s verse on their Game diss, not the whole song.
Kay Cola drops her first 100 percenter, a high energy motivational track “Bless Up.” “I’ve co-produced a lot of my records, but this is my first song that I entirely produced and the 4th beat I’ve ever made in my life”, the Grammy-nominated songwriter said. “I want young girls to know in a male driven industry that we can produce write and record our songs on our own and not wait for anyone.”
Listen to the track below, as well as new music from Lil Uzi Vert with Steve Aoki, Rayven Justice with Young Greatness, Tinashe, Kent Jones and more!
Taking advantage of all of the eyes on him in the midst of what appears to be a set-up, Chris Brown dropped a new song yesterday – fresh out of prison. “Yo, you know all this bullsh*t and everything going on,” Chris said, “I’ma just turn the other cheek and drop some music.”
Migos links up with Lil Uzi Vert on a Metro Boomin beat for “Bad and Boujee,” closing the summer in the right way. The trio’s No Label 3 mixtape is coming soon, and this will likely live on it.
These songs below, plus a new track from Gucci Mane and Travi$ Scott, Lil Yachty and 21 Savage, DJ Premier‘s remix of Desiigner‘s “Timmy Turner” and more!
