Billboard Breakdown: Tyler, The Creator Debuts At #2 + Meek Mill At #3

billboard

This week, there were multiple major debuts on the chart! Tyler, The Creator and Meek Mill were neck-in-neck (along with Lana del Rey) for the top spot, and it ended up with Lana first, then Tyler‘s Flower Boy at number 2 with 101k, and Meek‘s Wins & Losses at number 3 with 99k.

For Tyler, this is the highest-charting album of his career as well as his highest first-week sales, as 2011’s Goblin launched at number 5 with 45k, 2013’s Wolf at number 3 with 89k and 2015’s Cherry Bomb at number 4 with 58k. Just outside of the top 10, NAV and Metro Boomin‘s collab, Perfect Timing, debuted at number 14 with 30k, and French Montana‘s Jungle Rules has dropped to number 16 in its second week with an additional 27k.Check out this week’s full top 10 below.
